Lakeside Mosque, Phnom Penh

A shot of the Lakeside mosque in Phnom Penh in Cambodia. The lakeside was the main area for backpackers to stay in the Cambodia capital and I spent a fantastic 10 days staying here and photographing this wonderful and complex city.

Boudhanath Pilgrims

Elderly pilgrims visit Boudhanath. Boudhanath (Devnagari: बौद्धनाथ) (also called Boudha, Bouddhanath or Baudhanath or the Khāsa Caitya) is one of the holiest Buddhist sites in Kathmandu, Nepal. It is known as Khāsti in Nepal Bhasa Jyarung Khasyor in Tamang language or as Bauddha by modern speakers of Nepali.The stupa's massive mandala makes it one of the largest stupas in Nepal.

Interview with Digital Camera magazine

The pages from my recent feature in Digital Camera magazine. The Aghori are controversial figures but the people I met particularly at the Ashram / Leper hospital in Parao, Varanasi, which is headed by Aghoreshwar Bhagwan Ram were amazing and their compassion for those less fortunate then themselves was an inspiration. I'll leave this post with some wisdom of the Aghoreshwar:
"Whatever is made and exists is devoured by time. Times does not spare anything, or any being. Even the sky and he earth disintegrate over time."
